after our practice at the CIH in the lobby at 3:00. The goal of this meeting will be to go over important items for the season, including: Team Manager: We will need to select someone to take on this role. Thank you to room supervisors, timekeeper, coaches who have stepped up already. Tournaments: Discussion on upcoming tournaments and whether we would like to commit to two out-of-town events. The proposed tentative list is: Cornwall – November 7-9 Kingston – January 2–4 Nepean – February 6–8 Brockville - February 13-15 Fundraising: We are proposing a lottery-style fundraiser (5 x $20 entry per family). Team fees: we will collect 250$ as team fees. Sponsorships: Exploring potential team sponsors. Team Events: Attending a PWHL game as a team. Participating in the Junior A Lightning Day. Volunteers needed. Brunch as a team at the Rockland Golf Club asap. Your input will be very valuable in shaping our season plans. Please make every effort to attend.
